Welcome to The Alternative Awards 2025.
The brainchild of Twisted Edge magazine and Thirteen Events
Our entry into the awards arena was driven by the noticeable gap in recognising all facets of our industry. We are pioneering an event designed to showcase every type of performer, creator, event, designer and more.
This will be the first of its kind in the UK, celebrating the incredible talents and contributions of these outstanding individuals.
The first awards show dedicated to both the Lifestyle and Alternative industries with 13 categories of awards per side, making 26 awards in total and a fully transparent awards, open to ALL.
How it works
APPLICATIONS
All application categories are on the applications page, you simply pick the category/s that best fits you. Fill in the application, send and send us an image to go on your promo material.
The way we will ensure that everything is done fairly and without prejudice is to ensure that all voting is clear and can be checked.
Once the application submitted and received, the nominee will be notified and their details including a short bio and photo will be added to the relevant categories(s) on the @thealternativeawardsofficial Instagram.
VOTING
From there the nominee can share their post and ask others to like and comment. This can be done as often as desired.
Before the awards event these posts will be closed (at a random time) and then just the management team will have access to the results. This ensures that the winner is a surprise.
